It has come to my attention that some sites have been using information or original images that I have created myself without my permission, or my knowledge.

If you want to use anything I have created, you may go ahead and do so, but just let me know about it first. Respect my original work. How would you like it if I stole stuff from off your site and called it my own? Give credit where credit is due, is what I feel.

Like an American law says, any original piece of work is copyrighted, whether it has a copyright notice or not.

Speaking of copyrights, I must mention that not all the pictures of Carlos Moyá on this website have been taken by me - they have been taken from other websites such as Sportsweb and Yahoo, for example. If you find a picture on this site belonging to a particular person or website, let me know, and I will put their name up here on a separate 'credits' section.

Another thing worth mentioning is that this website looks the best with Netscape version 4 or higher, 16-bit colour or more, and a 600x800 screen/monitor resolution. The site looks pretty bad with any other resolution, especially 640x480, so to optimise your surfing experience on Carlos Moya - he's a lover, not a fighter, please use the settings described.
